Riders call and nobody picks up
They call on WhatsApp at 3 a.m., at rush hour or while your dispatcher is on another line. Sonaneo, an AI voice agent, answers every one of them at once in Spanish, takes the trip and leaves it summed up in your dashboard.

What your agent answers
With your dispatch's own information: your fares, your zones, your wait times and your rules. What isn't there, it doesn't make up.
Ride requests
“Send me a cab to 120 Juárez, across from the hotel.”
Takes the pickup, the destination and a landmark, and leaves the trip ready to assign.
Fares
“How much to the airport?”
Answers with your fares by zone, the night fare and the payment methods you take.
Wait times
“How long until it gets here?”
Gives the time you set for each zone, without overpromising.
Scheduled rides
“Tomorrow at 5, to the airport.”
Notes the date, time, address and riders so your dispatch can confirm.
Lost and found
“I left my phone in the cab.”
Asks for the time and route of the ride and leaves it for you to check with the driver.
Complaints
“The driver never showed up.”
Listens, apologizes and flags the complaint for follow-up in your dashboard.
Every call, in your dashboard
When the call ends it becomes a short note: what they asked for, the trip details and what's left to do. Your dispatcher just assigns the car.

Questions from dispatchers
Does it work with my WhatsApp number? Yes, with your WhatsApp Business number. We connect it with you, step by step.
What about calls to my regular phone? Soon. Today it answers WhatsApp calls; regular phone lines come in a later stage.
Does it say it's an AI? Yes. It says so where the law requires it based on the caller's number, and if anyone asks, it always tells the truth.
Can it take the trip and send it to my drivers? It takes the trip details and leaves them summed up in your dashboard so your dispatcher can assign the car. A connection to your dispatch system doesn't exist yet.
Does it call my riders? No. Sonaneo only answers incoming calls.
Does it record calls? It doesn't keep the audio. The call is transcribed to write your summary, with sensitive data masked.
