Who answers? An AI voice agent, with the name and greeting you choose for your business. Your team oversees it.
What does it know about my business? What you approve: your site, your prices, your hours and your rules. What isn't there, it doesn't claim.
What if it doesn't know something? It checks with an expert model in the background. If there's still no answer, it says so honestly and offers to follow up on WhatsApp.
Does it say it's an AI? Yes where the law requires it for the caller's number, and whenever someone asks. It never denies it.
Does it record my calls? It doesn't keep the audio. The call is transcribed for follow-up and the transcript is stored with sensitive data masked.
Where do I see the calls? Each call leaves a summary as a private note in that person's conversation, inside your support inbox.
Which number does it use? Your WhatsApp Business number. Calls to a regular phone line come in a later stage.
Does it make outbound calls? No. Sonaneo only answers incoming calls.
Which language does it speak? Spanish, for now. English comes next.
